i am using WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips but while generating invoice the Marathi Words (Unicode Text) is Not showing in Invoice

for e.g आहारसंहिता (Aaharasanhita), आहारसंहिता is Showing like boxes [][][][][]

The plugin is fully unicode/UTF-8 compliant, but you also need a font that supports these characters. Check out the instructions here: Using custom fonts

Still recovering after the big update... that said I am using a widget on my homepage that used to be an agenda view, but now it is a Calendar List.

I caot seem to alter the layout, tags, data within this view.

I alter/add markup to the editor but it has no effect.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello!
I'm using Enigma theme for my website and I've encountered problems with slider.
I've read multiple posts in here about this problem, and they say that preferred size for the slider is 1400x570, so I changed all my pictures to that size. But instead of showing them smaller, the slider just crops them on the sides, and they're still big enough to cover all the screen.
However, there is still one slide picture that works exactly as I'd all of them to show up. And that changing of sizes looks messy.
Anyway, any ideas how I could resize slideshow to have pictures of the right size and not cropped?

Maybe it has something to do with CSS priority and you have to overwrite rules. Are you using custom CSS?
Try this:

Can i just put this in the custom css field? without deleting anything from the style.css file?

Hi I would like to remove the sidebar in the products but you can not because the shop page is the daughter of the home page ( which has the sidebar ) , how can I do ?

You can create a template file in your theme called archive-shop.php to control the shop page only. Base it on https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/blob/master/templates/archive-product.php and remove the sidebar code.

I was looking a bit at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/feature-suggest-better-multisite-support?replies=9 and other multisite related support threads.

It looks like you mentioned it is supported on multisite so that all subsite activity is together in one etc and potentially sortable as wanted by subsite in one dashboard via the Network Admin area.

I just installed it, but I do not see a menu option in the Network admin area.

Could you let me know how to get it to show etc?

Currently I have WP Multi Network with 7 blogs (there will be much more) and it would be incredibly useful to check for security and editor's mess in one place.

It's little more complicated when going on Settings, but maybe concept from Jetpack (some network global and blog individual) or just blog individual will be enough.
For me the most important is just the Log, so I can take eye on every logged activity in whole network in one place.

I could even help with doing it, but first I need to know how whole concept should look.

Please keep in mind that I am new to wordpress.

I've tried to upload images from add media to one of my pages, and link that image to other page on my website. It works when I do not give it a name, but when I do, it zooms in the image(what I think) and a error pops up saying "The image could not be loaded". When I click on "The image" it takes me where it is supposed to take me.

First steps would be to narrow the issue down to your theme, or your plugins. Do you know which has the issue?

I have no idea, I use Flatsome | Responsive WooCommerce Theme, if that helps

Try deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether any are responsible. If none are, then it's likely an issue with your theme. If it's a theme issue then you'd need to talk to your theme's vendors about this.

Hi I wanted to install JetPack and so I did however it wanted to coect to the WP account. So I entered the same password I use to login into my account that is http://www.example.com/wp-admin as in the same password I use to edit my WP site however when I enter the same password on JetPack it does not accept it.

So, I came to support site and it asked to create a new login for wordpress.org with the same email however the password was sent to my email. So I am here now.

What am I doing wrong?

Jeremy, thanx but what you have given me is something I know and is a common scenario however that is not the case here.... the problem is my password for my /wp-admin is not working for JetPaack.. it has nothing to do with wordpress.org login details..

If I go to create a new password at https://en.wordpress.com/signup/?user=1 it says my email already exist so my login only works on /wp-admin and no where else.

P.S. it has nothing to do with wordprsss.org I know this is a forum and its login is totally different

The only thing I am able to do is edit my site through /wp-admin login using the user ID and password however the same user id and password does not work anywhere else... it does not work on JetPack neither on Garvatar to edit my profile.

hi kerfred i did look at the faqs but couldn't find anything can you please relate specifically?

- export the Joomla database to a SQL file (with phpMyAdmin for example)
- import this SQL file on the same database as WordPress
- run the migration by using WordPress database credentials (host, user, password, database) instead of the Joomla ones in the plugin settings.

I like the potential of this plugin, unfortunately, it takes away the paragraph formatting that are in my posts (i.e. paragraph breaks, bolded words, italicized sections, ul's, etc...). The line spacing looked very compact, even on posts where it is not used. Disabled this plugin, and everything went back to normal, luckily.
